Commissioning of the Bodyside Dor Inner line for Ford KTP. The project began with installation and system integration support, including device IP configuration across robots, PLCs, and peripheral equipment. PLC and HMI debugging was carried out through I/O checks, signal validation, and communication troubleshooting. Dry cycle testing was performed to verify sequence logic, followed by production runs with parts to confirm process stability and cycle time targets. Adjustments were made to robot paths, station timing, and interlocks as needed. Additional activities included safety validation (safety PLC, light curtains, E-stops), zone configuration, washer system testing, and transfer validation between stations. The project concluded with final customer buyoff after successful validation of system functionality and production requirements.
